Fully furnished kitchen, outdoor grill, outdoor firepit, deck with views of the lake, swing set for kids in the back yard and woods to explore! 50 feet of lakefront with large dock, chairs, 2 kayaks, 1 paddle board, a floating dock and more! NO pets, NO smoking! Plenty of parking. Lake is stocked with fishing for prime summer months and winter wonderland for those ice fisherman! You can walk the lake (about 2 miles) for a nice morning stroll in the summer or fall. 15 minute drive to Binghamton University (NY) & Downtown Binghamton. NY!
